The project will study the lensing of electromagnetic and gravitational waves with an international team composed of researchers from China, Germany, Ireland, and Poland.
From the Austria side, the project will be led by Dr. Marius Oancea, who after receiving his PhD from the Max Planck Institute for Gravitational Physics, has been a postdoctoral researcher at the Gravitational Physics group of the University of Vienna.
